Yes it does deserve the caps... Can't remember the last time I cleaned it, must be at least 2 yrs ago
the stuff that came out was horrific, unfortunately so much dust had stopped cooling and had cooked the CPU, time for a new PC

So many times, I've been given a PC with "its fooked, sort it out, keeps crashing" and all I had to do was hoover out the dust from the cooling fins, which were so caked that it was blocking airflow.

It'll probably work as normal now, why get a new PC .. unless of course, you just want one instead of need one :E
