See i got so excited at seeing your name again i got all of a flutter :)

had not been feeling to hot for a while and being stubborn (scared) left going to docs, and went in the end, and sent for blood test, got even more scared when i got a phone call to go right away to them asp.

told i had an inactive thyroid, and was 1 point away from having to go in for a blood transfusion, and how in gods earth i was even getting out of bed to go and work, she did not know. lol

but kind of sorted now, and not falling asleep soon as my butt hits a chair :D

I would not leave you all, i would still have come back to haunt you a :x

Other way around, although the gaining weight part doesn't always happen. My dad had his removed completely, and suffers from weight problems, however someone at work has hypothyroidism and simply fell ill all the time and suffered from severe depression until she was diagnosed.
Fuck the revolution.

over active thyroid= eyes bulging like Ren (or was it Stimpy?)

My main gift for the bread knife arrived today.

My car is being an utter shit and I'm tempted to thrash it with a balloon full of bricks.

My daughter had some 'nudey bum time' as is the custom when one is used to wearing nappies, and proceeded to shit all over our wooden floors. Not that sort of stuff that can be scooped up: proper dripping between the slats " omfg Henry aint gonna suck this up" runs. Nor is there an attachment for the Dyson that could deal with it, so in the end I strecthed some loose-weave cloth over a plunger and then went at it. TBH, I was tempted to get the 'blow football' straws out.

nicely done Docca. Oh the joys of having children. I used to hate laminate flooring until Emily had her first sickness bug. Thankfully she hasn't had a shit on the floor but there were many pairs of knickers and the occasional trousers that I simply refused to attempt to clean and simply thew out when she was potty training. Only plus side is you do soon become immune (most of the time) to your children's crap and can easily deal with any poo related tasks you are faced with, however if they get an upset tummy and they 'go nuclear' on you then that still requires full hazmat outfit and quite possibly a babywipe on a broom handle and the offending task being tackled from another room.

you can come and clean the cat shit up that's all over my lounge then if you want. Is it possible to rub their noses in it? Or am I likely to get my face ripped off?
